We want to help you get your ship together.
If we're not a good fit, or if we're not values-aligned, we'll discuss a refund. We're not interested in working with folks who don't share our commitment to the work, and to professional communication and kindness at work. In 20+ years of serving clients, we've never had to do this.

Refunds.
If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
